Daffodils and bluebells

These flowers were in the woodland garden at the Emmaus Centre. What I thought interesting was that the daffodils were still flourishing in early May, several weeks after they had faded elsewhere in Southern England is what was an early spring following a mild winter. Maybe the shade, and damp soil, delayed their flowering.
