This memorial seat to Marc Bolan, the 'Glam Rocker' who originally made his name in the progressive folk band, Tyrannosaurus Rex. He became famous when the band was reformed as T-Rex. This seat, which pays tribute to his song 'Ride a White Swan' carries the words 'Sitting here we still care for you' on one wing and 'Marc Bolan 1947 - 1977' on the other. The seat is located in the grounds of the Golders Green Crematorium. For a view of the crematorium refer to picture Image
