Disused railway bridges, Calvert Lane

Beyond this redundant railway bridge can be seen the buttresses of a second one which carried the old Hull & Barnsley line into Hull. This remaining one carried tracks into the Springhead loco depot just on the west side of the road, the depot being closed in 1961.
