Tafarn y Scotch Pine ar letharau Mynydd y Betws. Ei hen enw oedd y Butchers Arms ar ol i William Jones, cigydd, symud yno I gadw'r tafarn cyn 1861. Roedd e'n chwedleuwr o fri. Bu'r tafarn yn y teulu hyd at 1935 pan fu farw ei ferch, Esther Evans. Y dref yn y pellter yw Ammanford (Cross Inn gynt). The Scotch Pine Inn located on the slopes of Betws Mountain. However, it was formerly known as the Butchers Arms after William Jones, butcher, settled there sometime before 1861. William was a well known storyteller. The pub remained in the family until 1935 when his daughter, Esther Evans, passed away. The settlement in the distance is Ammanford (formerly Cross Inn).
