Former offices of the Aberystwyth gas works which had been established here in 1838. The gas works moved from the site in 1900, but the offices remained. For a time it was the premises of Bangor Garage, an MG Rover car salesroom, but now houses Celf Ceredigion Art, a non profit making organisation committed to the development and promotion of contemporary art.
