Note “Le Tour” banner on the wall. The event is due through Reeth on Sat. 5th July 2014. (I’ve already spotted farmers advertising parking spaces on their land along the route). Villagers are already preparing for the road closures and crowds etc. As one remarked, thank goodness it’s only one day of chaos in the village, we can cope with that!
