Probably C18, according to http://list.english-heritage.org.uk/resultsingle.aspx?uid=1146679&searchtype=mapsearch . "The 1840 Tithe Map marks a home at this site called Yelworthy of which only the level site now remains". Viewed from the lane between Uppacott and Linscott.
