The building is at the corner of Armley Road (on the left) and Canal Place, and was probably built as a warehouse by the canal. In 1980 it housed a manufacturer of Billiard Tables, as seen in the picture on the Leodis website http://www.leodis.org/display.aspx?resourceIdentifier=2005228_14649599 . It now houses Towergate Risk Solutions, an insurance company.
