Quite a distinguished stone centrepiece to offices built for steelmakers Shortridge & Howell, 1853 (and later used by Samuel Osborn's Clyde Steel Works). The first floor has a trio of keystoned Venetian windows. Grade II listed. Now flanked by shops and used as a community centre run by the Sheffield and District African-Caribbean Community Association.
