Located in a corner of this http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/3899256 playground. The Blaenhonddan Community Council byelaws were made under Section 164 of the Public Health Act 1875. The byelaws dated the fifteenth day of June 1976 were approved by the Home Office six months later. A summary of the byelaws is shown in large text at the bottom of the notice. The maximum fine for anyone convicted of offending against the byelaws is shown as TWENTY POUNDS. That's probably close to £200 in today's values (2014). Presumably the £20 maximum still applies...
