Planning permission has been approved, with conditions, by Rother District Council under application number RR/2012/1552/P for the “construction of four chalet bungalows and associated works” and RR/2012/1552/MA as the “non material amendment to above RR/2012/1552/P – enlargement of first floor front window, repositioning of velux window, internal alteration (retrospective) ”. This planning application gives the applicant name as CS Developments (Sussex) Ltd.
