This authentic (and characteristically uneven) inn on the Gloucester Road is dated to 1431, which is handily a mere forty years before the battle. It is not known what role it played in it, but it would have been in sight of much of the bloodshed. Gupshill Manor actually sits on the site of a previous building - Globes Hall. The Manor has suffered two big fires in its history: the second on the early 1900s destroyed half of the buildings, leaving what we see today. But in the 1950s the Manor became a public house.
