Hele Road (left) is the B3199, which serves as something of a ring road through Torquay's northern suburbs. Someone, perhaps too often a victim of traffic jams along its course, has altered this road name sign. But then, consider this sinister figure heading through a downpour towards somewhere that apparently staples pets.
