We have seen a significant reduction in reported
harecoursing activity, believed in part because
dedicated Rural Crime Action Team (RCAT) team now
has ownership. Work continues locally around
community reassurance and to support RCAT. Agreed
that RCAT take ownership of continued tackling of
harecoursing.
