Kingston upon Hull City Council's 'Hull Training Business Academy', Nos.82-84 Goulton Street. It is understood that the brick building is the former Queen Mary Hostel, registered by the Royal National Mission to Deep Sea Fishermen, 1957. Above the entrance door is a painted mural in relief stonework; it is signed 'A M Smithson C J Russell 8.8.84'.
