My attention was drawn to the artwork on this boarding: the magnifying glass does not appear to be magnifying the letters underneath it, which is even more amusing than the phrase "it's all happening here!" given that not a lot seems to have happened in the two years since I photographed the flags on the Taylor Wimpey Homes site on the east bank of the Usk: Image The bottom of one of the flags is visible here.
