View eastward, towards Brecon: ex-GWR (Neath & Brecon Railway), junction of ex-Midland line to Pontardawe and Swansea (St Thomas). The ex-Midland line lasted until 12/9/32 - only to Ystradgynlais, having been closed west of there from 1/1/31. The station was closed with the Neath - Brecon line from 15/10/62. (Cf. Image]).
