Located in the wall on the right here. http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/3848545 The notice shows that the last (and probably only) collection time is 9am Mondays to Fridays and 7.30am on Saturdays. On Mondays-Fridays, the last collection is at 6pm from the postbox at the sorting office in Ross-on-Wye, about 7km away. The text seen here uses "sorting office" for the building now referred to by Royal Mail as a delivery office.
