Between Craven Street and Mount Pleasant, Mount Retail Park. Building commenced June 2002. In January 2004, the Deputy Prime Minister, John Prescott MP, officially opened this new development by Dransfield Properties Ltd, the South Yorkshire-based urban regeneration specialists.
