The New Cooperage is on the right and on the left is Melville - a quadrangular arrangement of warehouses (I think) surmounted by a tower with clock and cupola. The distant chimney is on the bakery. This complex cast £1.5 million in the 1820s and shows what a lot you could get for a then phenomenal amount of money. The buildings are gorgeous and built to last.
