Dated 1832 over the entrance, although parts may pre-date this. Notable features are the clock in the gable and the window tracery influenced by the Strawberry Hill Gothic style. It is situated alongside what were originally the kitchen gardens for Widmerpool Hall, which have now been developed with houses, but it is thought to have been a lodge to the Hall. Listed Grade II.
