Ffarm Cwm Cile Fach- ffermdy sy'n enwog iawn am un o'r digwyddiadau mwyaf tresisgar o bosib yn holl hanes Terfysgoedd Beca. Ond cythruddwyd y teulu am iddynt dorri'r Sabath ac fe ymosodwyd arnynt yn ffyrnig a bu Napier yn ffodus i ddianc oddi yno'n fyw. Cwm Cile Fach- a farmhouse which was the setting of one of the most violent episodes of the whole Rebecca Riots. During the early hours of Sunday Morning July 23 1843 Captain Napier, Chief Constable of the Glamorgan Constabulary, and accompanied by a policeman, went to the property to arrest two brothers, Henry and Mathew Morgan, for their alleged part in the destruction of both the Bolgoed (Pontardulais) and Rhydypandy Tollgates. However, incensed at what they saw as breaking the Sabbath the family viciously set upon the officers and Napier was fortunate to escape with his life.
