Viewed from Kingsway through a fence on the morning of Sunday January 12th 2014, less than an hour after the derelict former Capitol multi-storey car park was blown up by about 30 kilograms of explosives as part of the major redevelopment of the city centre. A layer of dust covers surfaces.
