I've no idea who painted or commissioned this mural, which is painted onto a private garage. The tall cooling towers used to be a prominent landmark before the coal-fired power station at Connah's Quay were replaced by the present gas-fired power station. This mural is beautifully simple - the oar-powered boat contrasting with the industrial scene beyond.
