Charminster: One Stop and the ?new? Throop Post Office

When the postmistress at Image retired, the north Bournemouth area around Throop and Muscliff was without a post office until services resumed within this One Stop convenience store on 30 January 2012. The post office is now available throughout the shop opening hours - 6am to 11pm every day (7am start on Sundays). We see it here pictured at 12:00 on Christmas Day, the only day the post office is closed - although the shop itself was open for all those forgotten essentials, from 10 till 2.
