View NW, towards Petersfield, also (formerly) Chichester: ex-LB&SCR branch from Pulborough, went on to Petersfield as ex-LSWR branch, formerly also (ex-LB&SCR) branch to Chichester (closed 8/7/35). This (indifferent) view taken from a train to Petersfield shows another train going to Pulborough, behind an ex-LSW M7 0-4-4T. The station and line were not finally closed until 12/10/64, when goods services were withdrawn.
