On the right of the frame is Whitstable Yacht Club (next door to The Dinghy Store, which has a frontage sign of blue lettering on a white background). The club's frontage was clad in scaffolding while maintenance was being carried out. It is situated at 3-4 Sea Street, the road to the right.
