Number 107 is the middle building and is a typical example of this terrace of former Regency houses, which for many years have been used for commercial purposes. It is Grade II listed. Currently a firm of estate and letting agents, Errington Smith, are based here. For many years the premises were occupied by a firm of solicitors, whose name changed over the years. Image
