For more information … see … Image This closer view shows the Blue Square on the sign board, which gives a clear indication to waiting passengers, that this Tram is heading for the Halfway Terminus. The Middlewood to Meadowhall Trams also use this part of the track system… these show a Yellow Square on the sign board. I can vouch from personal experience that this identification system does work well, with the coloured squares visible from a long way away. See also … Image
