The diesel electric locomotive number 66415 in sidings on the NE side of Cardiff Central railway station is part of the Direct Rail Services (DRS) fleet. DRS is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA). The company was established in 1995 to provide transport and associated services for the nuclear industry. DRS has since expanded its services into several other railway sectors. DRS head office is Kingmoor Depot, Carlisle. Maldron Hotel is in the background.
