The court buildings at the corner of Le Mans Crescent and Howell Croft North. Part of the municipal buildings complex erected behind the Town Hall in the 1930s. Work on the complex began in 1931 and was completed in 1939 with offices being occupied as soon as they were usable; the first session of the new courts was held in October 1934.
