An end view looking east from Hunstanton Road of this Grade II listed building. Holy Lodge was built in the early 1800’s of chalk. The origin of the name comes from a Cistercian cell found here in 1500, based on the old Pilgrim Road to the shrine at Walsingham, hence the original name. A key feature are the ornate chimneys.
