One of two adjacent hulking 1970s brutes (to the left is Image]), this one by D.A. Goldfinch Associates, 1976. Striped in dark- and light-brown concrete. A weedy white block has been placed at street level in an attempt to tone it down. It provides almost 138,000 square feet of office space, and is currently occupied by the NHS among many others.
