Residents reported speeding was the main concern in the villages of H, S & W.  In particular Warrington Rd, Stretton Lane and Hatton Lane.

PCSO Burke has been active with the Tru-Cam speed device in these locations, spending as much time there as commitments allow to target drivers exceeding the limit.  The Tru-Cam has been deployed 7 times across various locations on Hatton Lane, Warrington Road and Stretton Road resulting in 15 drivers being reported for speeding offences.

Speed enforcement was carried out during the period on Stretton Road, Warrington Road & Hatton Lane.

Concerns around vehicle crime in the Stretton area.

We had a number of insecure vehicles reported to us that had been entered overnight in Stretton.  Following extensive CCTV enquiries, a suspect was identified and has since been arrested and charged with a number of these offences, along with further offences in the Warrington West area.
