The house stands on the corner of Brooklands Close. Planning permission was granted by Canterbury City Council under application numbers CA//12/01658 for the “change of use from commercial office (Use class B1) to a residential dwelling with associated internal and external alterations including provision of balconies (revised scheme)” and CA//13/00285 for the “internal alterations and insertion of new window and rear balcony with new boundary wall”. This shows Image after all the work had been completed.
