Built as Powis House ca. 1802 and B-listed: http://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/sc-20104-powis-house-powis-community-centre-11-pow . Once in the centre of the Leslie family estate; now in the middle of one of Aberdeen's toughest council estates.
