Woody Bay on the Isle of Wight

Woody Bay is a very rural beach and the access is quite a scramble. The sand is red and white, there are quite a lot of rocks and boulders and the beach has a little stream running across it, to join the sea. While we were there we saw so many Cormorants. It is a lovely isolated spot to observe nature.
