Traffic lights, railings to prevent pedestrians from getting in the way of cars, tramway overhead, and at least five no entry signs make Manor Top appear to be a very chaotic place in this picture. This part of the junction is where Prince of Wales Road (part of Sheffield's outer ring road, right) meets City Road.
