Brightside Weir

The fourth (or second) of the weirs on the Five Weirs Walk. There has been a weir here since at least 1328 when it powered a corn mill. Beyond the weir are the modern factory of Gripple Ltd and part of Sheffield Forgemasters' River Don Works.
