Everything (even the weeds, apparently) has turned brown in this field, but that's to be expected as potatoes are herbaceous. The underground storage of starch enables them all to burst forth after a winter of rest. I've got bad news - in the next square west (Image) is a huge machine which is going to come along and give them a rude awakening. They think that's bad ? Wait till they meet the masher from hell...
