This is a junior school; the doorway has 'girls' inscribed over it – the entrance for boys is at the other end. It was built after 1907, by which time the development of the area had started and streets laid out. The modern-day need for security fencing makes it difficult to get a clear view – perhaps I should have climbed a tree!
