One of a number of mid-C19th villas near the hospitals. This is a nice example of a common type - stock brick, three bays, two storeys over a basement, hipped roof. Extra touches here are the Doric porch and margin glazing. Virtually identical to its near-neighbour Image Grade II listed. Carved into the end of the wall is the name of the adjacent road, De Crespigny [Park].
