Xcite seems to be the rather fanciful mis-spelling applied various leisure centres in West Lothian. See http://www.westlothianleisure.com/xcite/venues/xcite-linlithgow.html for details of what is on offer. At least the varying roof angles make the building slightly interesting to look at - an improvement on 1960-ish concrete blocks!
