Eyes down! The name is set in stone on the path from Provost Scott's Road. Under the archway entrance to the park with a monument to Provost Scott Image], this inscription in the stone sill declares it to be 'SCOTT PARK' (sic). It seems several other versions of its proper name have been cited from the internet by Geograph subscribers; I submit this as 'hard' evidence of its official name and spelling.
