This otherwise vacant plot is being used for the time being as storage for construction plant. It is situated between a car hire depot and an off-airport car park. Depending on source the location is either Hayes or Hounslow. Since it lies within the boundaries of the London Borough of Hillingdon, of which Hayes is a part, that descriptor seems appropriate.
