Viewed along National Cycle Network route 467, which here uses the route of a dismantled railway near the former Holly Bush railway station. The figure on the left is larger than life size, at about 7' 6" tall. It appears to be a slim version of Sir Topham Hatt (The Fat Controller), a portlier version of whom is portrayed in the TV series Thomas and Friends.
