The name of the field according to Findon's 1839 tithe map used to be much larger but the western side has been lost to development, particularly Image The eastern part other than Image and Soldiers Field House is still undeveloped though the large field has now been turned into a series of paddocks. Cissbury Ring is prominent in the background. See also Image and Image
