The UK’s leading primary care property developer and investor, Assura Group has started on site at its latest development, a 7,100 sq ft GP surgery in Harlech, North Wales. The scheme is delivered in partnership with developer Amcen Cyfyngedig. Completion of the £1.6million primary care centre will see the Ardudwy Health Centre relocate from its current site at Ffordd y Traeth. It will be joined in the new building by the Local Health Board, who is taking 546 sq ft of space. ** Information courtesy Assura website.
