Colloquially aka "The Big Peg". It was built as a flatted (i.e. multi-occupancy) factory, 1970-71, to the design of Peter Hing & Jones. Pevsner comments on the "V-fronted projections very typical of the date" (they're also patterned). It's been scrubbed up and is now flatted offices.
