View SE, towards Gosport to the left, also Lee-on-the-Solent ahead through the bushes: ex-LSWR Fareham - Gosport line, which was closed 6/1/69 (passenger traffic 8/6/53). It had been the junction of a Light Railway to Lee-on-the Solent (closed to passengers 1/1/31, goods 28/9/35).
